What is ‘open box – B grade’ at checkout?

Occasionally, some of our returned iWALK units don’t meet the criteria for regular open box re-selling. They haven’t been ‘used’ as such, but perhaps were evaluated on an uncarpeted floor and may have marks on the foot as a result. Other minor marks may be present which do not affect the use of the crutch, but you wouldn’t expect to see them on a new product, hence B grade. As ever, we check all the parts and the crutch is subject to the same warranty.
